Abstract

In the early fourth century Hijri began the phenomenon of the tradition of Islamic doctrines known to spread among Muslims, so scholars went to discuss this phenomenon, and to state its judgment and related judgments on the basis of the evidence contained therein. This phenomenon has been persistent and widespread among Muslims throughout the ages. Modern times have been characterized by the great material development that has encompassed all aspects of life, especially in the area of science and technology, where today we are witnessing such a dramatic revolution and spectacular progress in the media, communication and information technology, that one is so unable to pursue new developments in this area. Shari 'ah scholars in their respective disciplines of scholars and fundamentalists used these means to disseminate and clarify science and Shari' ah provisions and contributed to bringing the distances between the nation's scientists and people's years closer, Access to any world or hardworking has become easy and easy to ask about any issue facing a Muslim, including his religion and religion. People are imitating the most scientists without meeting them or seeing them. A new emerging and downward issue has arisen: the vernacular tradition of diligence through the use of new scientific means due to the immense scientific development of this time. This is an important fundamentalist issue whose governance and legitimacy must be demonstrated; It has become very widespread among Muslims at present because of their desperate need for those who show them the things of their religion without the difficulty and hardship of seeking and travelling in search of the hardworking or mufti to be asked. I chose this issue to be my research orbit.. My research was divided into: introduction, researchers, conclusion. In the introduction, I addressed the importance of the topic, its optional reasons, and its division. In the first, I dealt with the concept of jurisprudence tradition and its sections, and I made it two demands. The second study dealt with the use of scientific means and modern techniques in jurisprudence, and made it two demands. The conclusion highlighted the main findings of the research, the most important of which were:The most important reason for the emergence of tradition is the ignorance of the late, the exaggeration of the knowledge of the imams of doctrines, and the science without them is incomplete, until it is developed
